Carol S. Stewart is the quintessential real estate agent. She consistently went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me, which, with my being over 1000 miles away from Bradenton, was greatly appreciated. During the listing time for a moody real estate market, she took care of my place like it was her own. She put out porch flood barriers in front of Hurricane Beryl/Milton. She monitored minor repair work over the year that it was on the market, i.e., patch job in the garage ceiling due to a plumbing issue from the upstairs unit; birddogging outside repairs that were the responsibility of the HOA and others.
