Carol S. Stewart is the quintessential real estate agent. She consistently went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me, which, with my being over 1000 miles away from Bradenton, was greatly appreciated. During the listing time for a moody real estate market, she took care of my place like it was her own. She put out porch flood barriers in front of Hurricane Beryl/Milton. She monitored minor repair work over the year that it was on the market, i.e., patch job in the garage ceiling due to a plumbing issue from the upstairs unit; birddogging outside repairs that were the responsibility of the HOA and others. Carol returned my calls/texts in a very timely manner. Her expertise in the in's and out's of real estate were evident throughout. I had many questions and she was always not only prompt with her reply, but was also accurate with her answers to my many queries throughout the entire process of selling a home. She is a hard worker and your office should be grateful to have this person with the grace and hospitality of the South combined with the ingenuity of the North.

I have been involved in thousands of real estate transactions over 52 years as a builder, developer, and owner in the Sarasota Manatee area. Many of the Realtors involved were good friends.
